Last week at AACC’s Workforce Development Institute, session speakers reiterated the need for personalized supports for students. There is no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to meeting students’ needs. But every approach taken needs to start the same way—with listening. It doesn’t help students when we make assumptions. It is, after all, their college and their experience, so take your cues from them and lead them to success.
