In the past two weeks, the AACC Executive Leadership Team and I have participated in Virtual Listening Tour meetings with community college representatives from seven states. That brings us to a total of 15 meetings. These meetings have been, at times, eye-opening and we’re grateful for the honest input we’ve received. We cannot move forward as an association if we do not put our members’ needs first. These Listening Tour meetings allow us an opportunity to craft our priorities to better meet those needs.
