How is your mental health? In the past couple years, we’ve had to check in on the mental and emotional well-being of students, staff, and ourselves frequently. Though the news tells us that COVID is waning and masks can come off, I know there’s still apprehension. And the world news has given us more to worry about as we watch the devastation happening in Ukraine. I know you’re busy, managing multiple priorities, but it’s okay to step away from your computer and the news for a moment and check in on yourself. It’s not only necessary for your own health, but it will set a positive example for those around you.
Speaking of the situation in Ukraine, we are keeping the Ukrainian people in our thoughts and prayers.
