Happy New Year! I hope you had some time over the past few weeks to rest and reset.
Omicron has changed many plans recently. I know for some of you, it has meant your college has shifted again to remote learning. It’s discouraging, to be sure. But everything you’ve learned in the past 2 years has made you and the faculty and staff at your institution better equipped to move forward during a crisis. You’ve got this.
“Building a Better Data System”
A new “Cradle-to-Career” educational data system is taking shape in California. It will provide tools for students to better navigate the education system and give educators a closer look at students’ needs and ideas to better serve them. Read about it in CC Daily.

AACC Board Election is Approaching
