| October 19 | Outstanding Alumni and Leadership Award solicitations close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern |
| October 31 | Call for Proposals closes at 5:00 p.m. Eastern |
| November 1 | Event Registration opens |
| November 30 | Awards of Excellence and Distinguished Faculty solicitations close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern |
| January 15, 2019 | Notifications of proposal decisions emailed to session main contacts |
| January 20, 2019 | Sessions must be accepted/declined by main contact. Main contact has the ability to modify the speaker list |
| January 21 – 28, 2019 | Current and newly added panelists have one week to log into the system to accept the presentation session(s) or be dropped from the system |
| January 29, 2019 | System purge of all speakers that do not accept their session(s) (once speakers are purged they cannot be re-added) |
| February 11, 2019 | Deadline for all speakers to complete their registration as a speaker or full registration |
| February 12, 2019 | System purge of all speakers that confirmed sessions but did not complete registration (once speakers are purged they cannot be re-added) |
| March 29, 2019 | Registration closes at 5:00 p.m. Eastern |
