AACC was pleased to partner with Harvard Business School’s Project on Managing the Future of Work to assess the state of collaboration between America’s community colleges and employers.
“The Partnership Imperative: Community Colleges, Employers, & America’s Chronic Skills Gap” is the result of a multiyear, multi-method research initiative led by Harvard Business School. That research included surveys of community colleges and employers. To those of you who completed the survey, thank you.
The results reveal the disconnect between community colleges and business and industry when it comes to collaborating on workforce development. But, according to the report, positive change is possible.
You can download the report here to get all the details, and check out this CC Daily article about the report.
