This week, AACC welcomed community college leaders to Washington, DC, for the John E. Roueche Future Leaders Institute and the Future Presidents Institute (FPI). It was an honor to speak to the participants. Among the agenda items, they learned about trends and issues impacting our sector, leveraging resources, thought leadership and DEI, and – for the FPI participants – the presidential search process.
