“In 2015, Cleveland State implemented the Community First Plan – our 5-year strategic plan to ensure that our institution is operating from a position of strength as we serve learners, businesses and all community partners. “Community First” has become much more than a tagline. It has infused everything we do, and it has become common language on our campus and in our community. We have served this community for 50 years, but now our regional appreciation for that service has never been stronger.” — Dr. Bill Seymour, President, Cleveland State Community College
