- All attendees must submit proof of vaccination against COVID-19. The proof of vaccination must include at least (1) dose of the J&J/Jansen vaccine or (2) doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. The date of the initial vaccination can be at any point since the launch of the vaccines.
- Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to have received a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- For individuals that have not been vaccinated due to a medical reason, they may request an exemption from AACC in the form of a note or letter from their physician. This correspondence must be on the physician’s letterhead.
- For individuals that are not vaccinated and do not supply a note from their physician, they may (at their own expense) provide a negative PCR test result with the sample taken no more than 72 hours prior to collecting their conference registration materials. For example, if you plan on collecting your conference registration materials at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, January 18th, you should take your PCR test no earlier than 12:00 noon on Sunday, January 15th.
All vaccination documents, requests for exemptions, and negative test results will need to be processed through the document validation tool that AACC will be using. This tool will be rolled out in December 2022. Please be on the lookout for the announcement of when the tool will be released.
