POSITION: President at Miles Community College (Miles City, MT) since 2014.
PREVIOUS: Chancellor for student affairs and enrollment management at Montana State University Billings, which includes the City College, and the assistant vice president for student affairs at Central Washington University. Other experiences include student affairs, enrollment, and housing work at institutions in Arizona and Texas.
AFFILIATION: Involved in many national organizations and training programs, such as the National Housing Training Institute and the Chief Housing Officers Training Institute for ACUHO-I and the chair of national and regional conferences for ACUHO-I and NASPA. Currently, serves on the AACC Commission on Small and Rural Colleges.
EDUCATION: Doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in Education from Montana State University Billings.
OTHER: Wife and two sons, Steven and Ty, enjoy traveling.
