Omicron has changed many plans recently. I know for some of you, it has meant your college has shifted again to remote learning. It’s discouraging, to be sure. But everything you’ve learned in the past 2 years has made you and the faculty and staff at your institution better equipped to move forward during a crisis. You’ve got this.
