This week, we welcomed to our offices the latest classes of the AACC John E. Roueche Future Leaders Institute and Future Presidents Institute. Being able to speak with these emerging leaders was an honor. Investing in leadership development for staff and faculty at all levels is so important. Not all FLI and FPI participants will seek out other positions, but through these programs they will have a better understanding of how to lead in any position they hold. That has real value.
Note: Due to the July 4th holiday, the next CEO to CEO Newsletter will be sent out on July 12. Have a safe and happy holiday!
