Conference Registration and Grant Numbers: To register for the conference either by paper form or online, you will need your ATE Grant Number. If your institution has more than one grant, please consult with your team members to determine who should register under which grant. AACC has coded a set amount of slots per grant in the online registration system so each participant must register with a grant number. For a list of grant numbers of projects and centers that are eligible to attend the conference, please click here. (List of active awards alphabetical by PI last name as of June 28, 2017). Please note that the grant number list is accurate as of the date of the document. As NSF awards new ATE grants, AACC will be in direct contact with new PIs regarding registration and conference information.

Online Registration Considerations:
- Please note that you will be required to enter your ATE grant number where prompted to formally register for the event. Your grant number is used to validate your registration type as well as can be used to receive a complimentary registration in accordance with the registration guidelines outlined above.
- On the Payment Summary page, you will be instructed to again enter your grant number if you are to receive a complimentary registration. Entering your grant number will remove the $300 registration fee from your registration–if you have an active ATE award.
- If you are to receive a paid registration, please leave the grant number blank on the payment summary page and move forward to process your payment either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by check. Purchase orders are not an acceptable form of payment.
- If you have any questions or issues concerning registration, please contact Registration Support at registration@aacc.nche.edu or 202-416-4579.
Spouse Registration:
The spouse of accompanying conference attendees may purchase an “Exhibit Hall Only” registration for $200. This registration includes entrance to the Exhibit Hall and the main meal events throughout the conference. It does not include entrance to general sessions. A conference badge is required for access to the exhibit hall. For more information contact registration@aacc.nche.edu.
Substitutions and Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all participant registrations that require payment are responsible for their registration fees if they do not cancel and do not attend the conference. Participant substitutions can be made at any time by e-mailing ate@aacc.nche.edu. Refunds minus a $25 cancellation fee will be issued after the conference for cancellations received in writing by Friday, October 13, 2017.
