Respond to the Department of Education’s proposed Title IX regulations
AACC has developed a template for institutions to use in writing comments in response to the Department of Education’s proposed Title IX regulations. The deadline for filing comments has been extended to January 30. Institutions wishing to file comments may do so online at regulations.gov. Download the Title IX Institutional template document.
