POSITION: Since 2018, president of Kirkwood Community College. Kirkwood has a second campus in Iowa City and an additional eight regional or county centers located within the seven-county region it serves.

Served as a member of the 21st-Century AACC Implementation Team and as the AACC Commission Chair for Leadership and Professional Development. Has presented during the AACC National Conference in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Has published numerous articles on community college leadership, enrollment, and technology. Recently named one of the most influential business leaders in 2019 by the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor Business Journal.
