POSITION: Since January 2017, President of Central Piedmont Community College, a public institution with six campuses, two centers and a PBS TV station, offering nearly 300 degree, diploma and certification programs in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Rotarian and serves on many community and philanthropic boards, including the Charlotte Chamber, Charlotte Regional Collaborative for a Global Economy, Charlotte Regional Partnership, Leading on Opportunity Council, and the League for Innovation in the Community College.
