Go for the Gold: Inclusive Access as a Win for All
February 28, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern
Today’s 21st-century students expect their institutions to be up-to-date with digital trends, as they juggle competing priorities of school, family, work, and finances. Cost-savings and affordability also impact students’ choices and decisions.
Helping students succeed and improve their lives is the goal of every community college, yet costs are putting up barriers for many. Through inclusive access models, institutions such as Copiah Lincoln Community College (MS) and Oakton Community College (IL) are implementing savings for students while providing first day access to required course content. First day access boosts achievement by ensuring students don’t get left behind and drop courses, provides increased revenue for bookstores, and offers institutions a path to stay current and meet the needs of today’s student with immediate anytime, anywhere access at a lower cost.
Join Dr. Walter Bumphus, president of AACC, and our AACC partner presenters to learn how your partnership with Pearson can create a win-win for students, faculty, and institutions.
