- $1000 for President/CEO.
- $500 for spouse/guest.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations for this event must be in writing and postmarked by June 2, 2012. A $100 service fee will be charged for all cancellations for spouse/guest registrations and a $300 cancellation fee will be charged for all participant registrations. After June 2, 2012, no refunds will be given.
