About the Training
The AACC High Performance Team (HPT) training has been established to:
- Assist community college leadership teams in identifying obstacles that are preventing the team from moving into high performance mode.
- Design an individualized plan for the team, including strategies to overcome these obstacles and provide coaching to ensure that the team moves to high performance mode.
- Help each team implement the 21st-Century Commission recommendations for its campus based upon analysis of a wide variety of institutional and community workforce data.
- Provide coaching as the team advances the 21st-Century Commission recommendations/student success agenda.
AACC must receive a letter of interest from the college CEO on institutional letterhead, expressing the desire to participate, and the anticipated outcomes that the CEO wishes to see from the training. The letter should include the names and titles of the team members.
Letters of interest should be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
The association will accept 10 teams for the first High Performance Team Training cohort.
