 High Performance Team Training

About the Training

The AACC High Performance Team (HPT) training has been established to:

  • Design an individualized plan for the team, including strategies to overcome these obstacles and provide coaching to ensure that the team moves to high performance mode.
  • Help each team implement the 21st-Century Commission recommendations for its campus based upon analysis of a wide variety of institutional and community workforce data.
  • Provide coaching as the team advances the 21st-Century Commission recommendations/student success agenda.
