Meetings and social events can be held at the following times:
Friday, April 4: All day (starting at 8:00 am)
Saturday, April 5: 7:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m.
Sunday, April 6: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. & 6:30 p.m. -11:00 p.m.
Monday, April 7: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday, April 8: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
How much does it cost to host a meeting/event at the AACC convention?
There is no charge for the meeting space. The hosting group is responsible for charges related to food and beverage, and audiovisual equipment rental.
Where will the meeting/event be located?
Most business meetings and social events will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
How is meeting space assigned?
Meeting space is assigned on a first come basis. The meeting planners evaluate your request based on number of people expected to attend, room set up and type of function, then select the best room available to meet those needs.
How do I make arrangements for food and beverage?
If an event or meeting requires food and beverage, the arrangements and costs are the hosting group's responsibility. Menus for the venue will be made available once the event has been scheduled. Hotel staff will assist each group with making their selection and securing billing arrangements.
How do I make arrangements for audiovisual equipment?
A/V equipment for business meetings and social events will be provided by the official audiovisual vendor of the AACC Annual Convention. An order form will be available once the an event has been scheduled.
