 2013 Call for Convention Events 

Thank you for your interest in speaking or hosting an event at the 93rd AACC Convention in San Francisco, California.

Notification of Proposal Status

Notifications of proposal status for the 2013 convention were sent to the session's Key Contact via email just before Christmas. Everyone who submitted a proposal received an email, regardless of whether or not the proposal was accepted for inclusion on the 2013 program.

If you have not received notification, please email aaccconvention@aacc.nche.edu with the session title and proposal ID number.

Please add the email addresses aaccconvention@aacc.nche.edu and aacc@aacc.nche.edu to your accepted email address list, or your notification may land in your junk mail folder.

Hosting an Event or Meeting at Convention

AACC will continue to accept meeting space requests to host a business meeting/social event as long as space is available. Please review the Meeting/Event FAQ and use the links below to submit your request.

Convention Sponsorships

From April 20-23, 2013, you have a unique opportunity to reach nearly 2,000 executive decision makers and key prospects at AACC's 93rd Annual Convention. Submitting a Proposal to Present

AACC is no longer accepting proposals to present at the 93rd Annual Convention, April 20-23, 2013. The deadline to submit a proposal was September 30, 2012.

Save the date!

The 2014 Call for Convention Events will open on July 29, 2013. The 2014 annual convention will convene in Washington, DC, April 5-8, 2014, at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
