Virtual Meeting FAQ
What is audio synch-to-slide technology?
Audio synch-to-slide technology means that during the session, not only will the audio be recorded, but the accompanying PowerPoint presentation will be as well. The audio will then be synched to the PowerPoint slides, and posted to the web for you to view and hear.
Can I register for the virtual meeting after the convention?
Yes, AACC will continue to take orders for the meeting after the convention until July 31, 2012.
Accessing the Virtual Meeting
I purchased the Virtual Meeting, now how do I access it?
When the Virtual Meeting is ready for viewing, you will be contacted via email with instuctions on how to access the meeting. The meeting will only be accessible via the web.
How soon after the convention will the Virtual Meeting be available?
We estimate that the Virtual Meeting will be ready to access by mid-May.
How long will I be able to view the Virtual Meeting after the convention?
The Virtual Meeting will be available to view until March 31, 2013.
