2010 Convention

 Registration 

Registration for the 91st Annual Convention will open Fall 2010. For planning purposes, registration options and prices are listed below.  Accepted payment methods include: Check (payable to AACC), Purchase Order, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Last day to cancel - March 9, 2011

Registration Rates

Package Rate (includes all meal events)
Early Bird Rate: $735
After January14, 2011: $835
Onsite Rate: $850 

Includes: Convention Registration, (1) Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon/Annual Business Meeting ticket (Sunday), (1) Gala Reception & Dinner ticket (Monday), (1) Brunch ticket (Tuesday), and access to exhibit hall.


Base rate (includes 1 meal event)
Early Bird Rate: $650
After January 14, 2011: $750
Onsite Rate: $850

Spouse Registration
Early Bird Rate: $300
After January 14, 2011: $350
Onsite Rate: $350

Graduate Student Registration Rate
Early Bird Rate: $250
After January 14, 2011: $300

Student must be enrolled in a certified education program and in good standing. Registration form needs to be accompanied by a letter from Program Chair. Rate includes: Convention Registration, (1) Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon ticket (Sunday), and access to exhibit hall.

Day Registration Rates

Sunday, April 10
Rate: $350

Includes one Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon ticket

Monday, April 11
Rate: $455

Includes one Gala Reception & Dinner ticket

If available, tickets will be sold a la carte onsite at the registration desk.

Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon (Sunday): $50
Gala Reception & Dinner (Monday): $95
Brunch (Tuesday): $45
New Orleans City Tour (Monday): $35
Community Service Project (Saturday): $25

 

Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policy

Cancellations must be in writing to AACC Convention, PO Box 75263, Baltimore, MD 21275. If received by March 9, fees will be refunded minus $250 (spouse and daily rate cancellation fee is $100). After March 9, no refunds will be given. Approved refunds will be mailed or credited after May 31, 2011.
