Thank you for your interest in registering for the 90th Annual AACC Convention. There are several options for registration.
How to Register
- Mail: Click here to view and print the PDF version of the registration form. Instructions are at the top of the page.
- Online: Click here to register online. Please note: If you are registering online for someone other than yourself, you will need to log in as that person using their username and password.
- Spouse Registration: Click here to view and print the PDF version of the registration form. Instructions are at the top of the page. Spouse registration is not available online.
Deadline
Early bird registration ends March 17, 2010. Registrations postmarked after March 17 will be processed at the higher registration rate.
Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policy
Cancellations must be in writing to AACC Convention, One Dupont Circle, Suite 410, Washington, DC 20036. If postmarked no later than March 29, fees will be refunded minus $200.00. The spouse and daily rate registration cancellation fee is $50.00, and the graduate student cancellation fee is $75. After March 29, no refunds will be given. Approved refunds will be mailed or credited after May 31, 2010. Click here to view AACC's privacy policy.

- Package Rate: $730

Includes: Convention Registration, Exhibit Hall event tickets, Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon ticket (Sunday), Gala Reception & Dinner ticket (Monday), Brunch ticket (Tuesday), and access to Exhibit Hall.
- Spouse Package Rate: $250
(After March 17: $350)
Includes: Convention Registration, Exhibit Hall event tickets, Presidents Academy Hail and Farewell Luncheon ticket (Sunday), Gala Reception & Dinner ticket (Monday), Brunch ticket (Tuesday), access to Exhibit Hall, and spouse tour.
- Base Rate: $630

- Spouse Base Rate: $150
(After March 17: $250)
Includes: Convention Registration, Exhibit Hall event tickets, access to Exhibit Hall.

Graduate Student Registration Rate
Student must be enrolled in a certified education program and in good standing. Registration form needs to be accompanied by a letter of support from your college president/superintendent or department chair. Registration for the Graduate Student rate is not available online. Please call to inquire about the graduate student rate
Tickets
Tickets are not usually available on site and are not included in the base or Daily rates. One ticket for each is included in the Package Rate.
