St. Olaf has been tending to the college's natural surroundings long before the idea of sustainability ever became trendy. Through the presentations, tours, and a panel discussion you'll discover how the college stepped up and used true integrated planning to be successful. Representatives from the administration, staff, facilities department, student body, and design and construction team will discuss the overall vision for the campus and how key elements were implemented and evaluated. Tours will highlight the sustainable features throughout the campus. The panelists will discuss successes and lessons learned from various projects’ efforts to integrate both the building goals and many sustainability goals during the design and construction process on campus.
