• First Phase II Steering Committee meeting

• VFA Working Groups convene for inaugural working meetings

Development

• VFA Working Groups identify proposed measures; conceptualize data collection and display scheme and policy; and plan to convey need for VFA to the sector;
• VFA Steering Committee provides feedback and recommendations
• AACC VFA staff begins outreach on VFA through numerous presentations/forums

• AACC names a Technical Defi nitions Committee to convert proposed measures into working definitions for the VFA Draft Technical Manual v.1.0

• AACC begins work to develop VFA data tool specifications and wireframes

• AACC selects VFA Pilot Sites through a Request for Proposal process

• VFA Steering Committee and Working Groups perform review of proposed measures and draft technical manual

2011

• Formal announcement of VFA Pilot Sites and launch of pilot testing
