AACC Presidential Advisory Council on China (APACC)
The AACC Presidential Advisory Council on China (APACC) is charged with guiding AACC in its development of strategic initiatives to foster and enhance U.S.-China educational cooperation that will be most beneficial to U.S. community colleges as well as add high value to AACC membership.
On November 21, 2013, during the U.S.-China Consultation on People to People Exchanges, in Washington, D.C., AACC’s Associate Vice President for International Programs and Services announced plans to create APACC. The Council held its first meeting in March 2014.
