What Is Profiles?
Profiles of U.S. Community Colleges-A Guide for International Students is a print publication produced by AACC and is an authoritative one-stop resource for international students to discover the value of U.S. community colleges. Featured AACC member colleges can combine their international student recruitment efforts with the authority and reputation of AACC, one of the "Big Six" U.S. higher education presidential associations, to reach tens-of-thousands of prospective international students and encourage them to study on their campuses. Study in America is AACC's website specifically designed for international students and is directly tied to the printed Profiles publication in order to showcase individually featured community colleges and assist prospective international students in selecting the college(s) that can best meet their specific needs. This concerted effort by AACC and its member colleges assists in putting U.S. community colleges "top of mind" for tens of thousands across the globe. The Profiles publication has a targeted, worldwide distribution and is complemented by the interactive and searchable Study in America website.
