The Inclusive Excellence Group at the American Council on Education (ACE) is now accepting applications for the Spectrum Executive Leadership Program. This program, offered by ACE's Inclusive Excellence Group, is intended for diverse senior administrators from underrepresented groups who are interested in pursuing a college presidency within the next two years.
This eight-month program is designed to further diversify the senior leadership ranks of U.S. higher education by preparing diverse senior level administrators from underrepresented groups to be strong candidates for presidencies and chancellorships in the near term.
