 Student/Alumni Participation 

Student/Alumni Application Deadline: September 10, 2014. 

The student application process is now closed.  A review committee will evaluate the applications received and select up to a total of 50 students to attend the conference. AACC will notify these individuals by Friday, September 12.

Please note that AACC will cover registration and lodging costs for students accepted through the student application process for two nights, October 22 and 23. If your nominee is chosen, your institution is expected to cover his or her transportation costs to and from the conference.

Students/alumni selected to attend the conference are required to participate in the following events:

  • a student conference orientation webinar held on Thursday, September 18 from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. Eastern, or view the archived webinar on AACC’s web site prior to attending the ATE Conference;
  • a student/alumni recognition breakfast on Thursday, October 23 from 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.;
  • a student/industry "speed networking session" on Thursday, October 23 from 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.;
  • a project showcase session on Thursday, October 23, 12:00 - 2:15 p.m. OR Friday, October 24, 10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
