CAPE FEAR COMMUNITY COLLEGE

ASSISTANT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (PVA# 09-031) Full-time position. To assist the Network Administrator by performing a variety of complex technical duties in the design, installation, implementation, security, and maintenance of various network systems. Requirements include four years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and management of networks and network equipment and an equivalent to an associate’s degree with major course work in network security, computer programming, network technology, engineering technology, database management or a related field. CISCO, network O/S, Net+, SANS or other networking and/or security certifications preferred. This position is a re-advertisement.
