Job Description

Senior Vice President, Glenwood Springs, CO - the Senior Vice President (SVP), provides executive-level vision, innovation, and leadership for district-wide operations and partnerships that promotes, supports and enhances a one college philosophy. The SVP will provide leadership for the College’s intergovernmental relations with local, state and federal policy makers, as well as counterparts at other educational institutions and agencies. Provides leadership on collegewide initiatives that include Customized Business Services and specialized non-credit programs. Also reporting to this position is the Marketing Department. In collaboration with the President, shares in the role of leading the following departments: Public Information, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources; and performs other duties as assigned. Collaborates with the executive team as well as internal constituent groups to further the vision of the college as it responds to the changing needs of the community it serves. Successful candidate must be able to achieve positive, measurable results in a fast paced environment. Master’s Degree from an accredited institution, Doctorate preferred, and 7 plus years of executive leadership experience necessary to obtain the knowledge and abilities required to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
