DIRECTOR, MARKETING AND COLLEGE INFORMATION – JOB #1888
The Director of Marketing and College Information will develop and implement a marketing, public relations, and information program for the college, coordinate special events, internal communications, advertising campaigns, social networking, and online marketing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, business administration, management, or marketing, four years full-time experience in developing and/or directing marketing programs, public relations programs, and/or advertising programs, and two years supervisory experience. Candidates selected for interview will be required to make a marketing presentation. The successful results of a background check are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer master’s degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, or marketing. Experience working with web analytics, social networking, and online marketing in an educational setting.
NOTES: Applicants must submit a portfolio with examples of their work in the marketing field. All work submitted will become the property of Pensacola Junior College and will not be returned.
SALARY: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable. However, the college does not generally hire at the top of the range.)
