The Campus President provides the vision and direction to enable student success through planning, development and operation of a campus, and is a key College leader who creates a learning community responsive to the needs and interests of the citizens of Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding region.
Master’s degree plus five years of administrative experience in an accredited in an accredited institution of higher education.
Doctoral degree plus eight (8) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in an accredited community college or state college. Demonstrates the attributes of energy, decisiveness, high emotional intelligence quotient, integrity and honesty. Experienced in successfully leading organizational change efforts and leading successful innovation teams. Evidence of success in leading organizational transformation.
