RVCC is currently accepting applications for a full time, tenure-track faculty position in Nursing. Responsibilities included but not limited to: •Participate as a member of a teaching team in preparation and presentation of learning experiences within an integrated nursing curriculum. •Plan, supervise and evaluate student clinical experience in assigned health care facilities. •Participate in classroom teaching, simulation lab instruction utilizing technology, and clinical experiences in specialty area as well as in general nursing areas. •Meeting students' needs for individual consultation and assistance. •Engaging in creative and professional activities. •Participating in professional development activities. •Participating in course and program evaluation/assessment activities. • Participating in instructional improvement and program development activities. •Maintaining professional and collegial relationships within the college community. •Working collaboratively within a diverse learning community. Required Minimum Qualifications: •Master's Degree in Nursing from an NLN-accredited institution. •Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License. •Current CPR-Basic Life Support certification. Preferred Additional Qualifications: •Prior classroom teaching and clinical supervision in an RN nursing program. Certification by the ANA in specialty area.
