Job Description

General Summary:  Reporting to the Vice-President of Academic Affairs and a member of the RVCC senior leadership team, serves as the Director of the Lebanon Academic Center responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and managing all aspects of the Center’s operations, programs, and services, including staff supervision, budget management, business and community outreach. Works with the Vice President of Academic Affairs in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of college-wide academic courses, programs, instructional services and activities with a primary focus on developing and promoting a new business curriculum (degrees/certifications), integral to the success of the Lebanon Academic Center.

Education:  Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university with major study in education, higher education administration, business administration/management, health administration, English, math, social sciences, math, science, engineering, or other academic discipline. 

Experience:  Six (6) years’ experience in teaching, institutional research, academic program administration, curriculum development, or higher education administration, including four years of supervisory or program/project management.
