Internet Technology Specialist
The American Association of Community Colleges seeks an Internet Technology Specialist to work 20 hours week as part of a team to provide web content development, production, and support. The Internet Technology Specialist will also be responsible for training Association staff on the CMS, trouble-shooting, and providing advice with regard to structure, capabilities, and best practices on new web projects. Duties also include assisting with the implementation of web processes and procedures and submitting reports.
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience or the equivalent of work experience and required certification. Must also have experience in web editing, HTML, dynamic content production including multimedia, as well as familiarity with web best practices, mobile technologies, social media, and database technologies. Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is preferred.
