Houston Community College is currently accepting applications online for the Vice Chancellor, Instructional Services. Serve as the system’s chief academic officer and provides leadership in the development, implementation, and monitoring of faculty (academic/workforce) and student development policies and practices. Collaborate with other members of HCCS senior management, including Vice Chancellors, College Presidents, and academic and student development deans at each of the colleges in developing comprehensive academic and student programs throughout the system.
Education Requirements: Master’s degree is required. Earned Doctorate degree preferred.
Experience Requirements: Ten (10) years of progressive higher education experience, to include five (5) years higher education classroom experience. Administrative experience in the area of academic instruction preferred.
