Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or D.Ed.) required
Position requires 10 years of administrative/teaching experience at a senior level; knowledge of technology and information systems; must be results oriented with demonstrated effective leadership skills and a diversity of interests; must possess excellent organizational, communication, customer service, decision making, judgment, problem-solving and delegation skills; ability to work well with the diverse needs of students, faculty, administrators, and community leaders, ability to work professionally and confidentially with the college community and the public; Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance and Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance at employees expense; basic employment verification, national criminal database search and five panel drug screen at college's expense. Prior work experience must have met or exceeded appropriate work standards.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The Vice President for Academic Affairs & Student Services is responsible for Credit Instructional Academic Divisions, Student Services Division, Learning Resources Center, Education Centers and Institutional Research/Data Services areas of the college. The incumbent shall manage, supervise, plan and direct both the operational and the personnel of the above stated areas.
