Western Wyoming Community College is now taking applications for the Director of Planning and Improvement. The Director of Planning and Improvement serves as the Chief Accreditation Liaison Officer for the College. Additionally, this position is responsible for Institutional Research which includes the extraction, development and distribution of all official data and research regarding the College. As the Continuous Quality Improvement Officer and Compliance officer, the Director of Planning and Improvement provides leadership and direction in the use of appropriate tools and strategies for data informed decisions. This position directs and coordinates all institutional assessment, program reviews, and monitors and measures initiatives to guide future direction, including the Strategic Plan. The Director develops and controls budgets relative to areas of assignment.
Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in a social science, mathematics, statistics, business, economics, educational administration or other research field that provides the required skills for the position is required. Five years of increasing levels of administrative responsibility in institutional research, institutional effectiveness or assessment is also required.
