Provide leadership and direction for student services at all ICC campuses including admissions, registration, records, graduation, transcript evaluation, student orientation, financial assistance, veterans affairs, counseling, advisement, testing, placement, student leadership and engagement, athletics, college transitions programs, access services, recruitment, student housing, student complaints, and student judicial affairs. This position reports directly to the President.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Successful administrative experience in more than one area of student affairs. Five years of direct or eight or more years of related experience in higher education. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to exercise strict confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution; administrative student services experience in a community college and familiarity with Baldrige criteria and AQIP accreditation.
