Instructor/Assistant Professor – English as a Second Language

Job Description: 

The Department of Foreign Language at the Ammerman Campus seeks applicants for a full-time tenure track position in English as a Second Language.  The successful candidate will have the ability to teach college ESL composition, grammar, oral communication and reading courses and has experience with ESL populations in primarily intermediate to advanced language proficiency levels.  Applicant must be able to assist students regarding residency and visa issues with reference to class and curriculum choices, participate actively in advisement and be familiar with obstacles foreign students face in the U.S. academic environment.
