Job Description

Dean of Institutional Advancement / Executive Director of the Foundation (Job #0279) District Office, New Port Richey Campus Master's Degree required. Degree must be from a regionally-accredited institution. Two years of full-time progressively responsible institutional development experience required. Preference given for development experience in a post-secondary educational institution. Computer skills required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; must be able to work some evening hours and weekend. Finalist will be subject to criminal and consumer credit background checks. This position is responsible for administration and supervision of the Offices of Marketing and Communications and Institutional Research and Assessment. This position also serves as the Executive Director of the Pasco-Hernando Community College Foundation, Inc. The duties in this role, are to plan and manage a comprehensive program of institutional advancement for the College, to include planned giving, annual and major gifts, scholarship development and administration, and oversight of special events, the performing arts programs and alumni activities.
