BRTC is known for its strong technical and general education programs and its outreach to the community as an active partner and leader in workforce and economic development. The college also provides underprepared students with developmental studies to help them to be successful in college-level coursework. Almost 65% of our students are fulltime. BRTC’s Distance Education program recently received top approval ratings from the HLC accreditation team for the quality of its DE classes, including online, hybrid and CVN classes with over 1,800 students enrolled in these programs. BRTC is proud to now offer all of our degrees via distance education. Our nursing students have a near perfect pass rate at both the RN and LPN levels. Of our 158 staff, 76 are fulltime faculty. BRTC takes immense pride in our faculty and staff, each of who are responsive and committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our students and the region…as we educate today’s diverse students for tomorrow’s changing world.
