Job Description

Duties and responsibilities would include 30 contractual hours of teaching accredited classes per academic year. Primary responsibilities would include providing high quality face-to-face, hybrid, and online instruction. The position may also include assisting the program coordinator with course creation, program revision, program development, as well as building strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff within the program, department, division, campus, and district. This position plays a key role in the developing, delivering, and assessing the AA in Speech Communications and General Transfer Studies as well as a pivotal role in the General Education Program.

Master’s degree in the subject field (i.e. Speech Communications, Communications Arts, etc.) or a master’s degree with at least 30 approved graduate semester hours in the subject field.
