The Coordinator of College Services at Arundel Mills is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all enrollment services at the Arundel Mills Center (AMIL). The Coordinator manages the delivery of all enrollment and student services to clients at the Arundel Mills location. The coordinator is expected to provide advisement to students related to admissions, records and registration transactions including credit and non-credit course registrations, financial aid, accounts receivable, prerequisite requirements, international student documentation, and other records-related transactions.The Coordinator of College Services at Arundel Mills is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all enrollment services at the Arundel Mills Center (AMIL). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, education, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years proven management experience in Enrollment Services in a higher education setting.
Strong understanding of Enrollment Services operations including admissions, records, financial aid, advising, college information and accounts receivable.
Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience including successful experience with full scope supervision: training, developing, supervising and evaluating staff performance.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution skills.
Ability to deal professionally, effectively and tactfully with students, administration, faculty, governmental representatives and the public.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, providing attention to accuracy, details and deadlines.
Familiarity with information systems used in student or customer service environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with standard software applications including an enterprise wide data system such as Colleague, word processing and spreadsheets.
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment when needed to accommodate the needs of the facility or instructional program including weekly travel to the Arnold Campus as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred.
