Position: Dietetic Technology Program Director (Full-time)

Job Description: This position will require the candidate to prepare documents, procedures and practices that will obtain initial professional certification/accreditation for the newest health care program at the college. Under general supervision, prepares lesson plans and delivers classroom and online instructions for all Dietetic Technician courses; develops syllabi; evaluates students’ progress and maintain certification requirements as appropriate; assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts for the program; additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications: The position requires at least a Master’s degree, credentialed as a Registered Dietician or Registered Dietetic Technician, with at least three years of professional and industry experience and food service experience. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, proficient in using computer applications, highly organized, and a self-starter. All positions require a pre-employment criminal background investigation and employer/professional reference check.
