Wor-Wic Community College, one of the fastest growing colleges in Maryland located on the Delmarva Peninsula, is accepting applications for a dean to provide leadership for our occupational education programs, including accounting, business, computer studies, construction engineering technology, criminal justice, electronics, hotel-motel-restaurant management, manufacturing, nursing, office technology and radiologic technology. Responsibilities include curriculum and course planning, development and assessment of programs, supervising department heads, coordinating class schedules, budgeting, and preparing and administering the Perkins Grant.
This 12-month position begins July 1. Requirements include a master’s degree, six years of college teaching/supervisory experience and two years of non-educational work experience. A doctorate and experience with Perkins funding are preferred.
