Coordinator for Professional Development

The Virginia’s Community College System (VCCS) is seeking an experienced person to join our dynamic Professional Development team in providing faculty professional development. The Coordinator supports the VCCS’s goals of student success in the system’s strategic plan called Achieve 2015.

Applicants will have excellent leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication, and organizational skills, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a higher education setting (preferably in community colleges). A Master’s degree in higher education administration, faculty development, instructional design, curriculum, or a related field is a must.

This is a restricted administrative faculty appointment with a salary range of $57,545 to $65,000.
