Lone Star College–Montgomery is conducting a search for two Instructional Deans.  Working under the leadership of the Vice President of Instruction, the instructional deans are the principal academic and budgetary officers for their respective divisions.  The Deans provide positive leadership to the academic divisions and play a crucial role in the management and development of academic faculty, curricula, programs and policies, and budgets – leadership that furthers the academic, programmatic, and scholarly mission of LSCS in its service to the community.

The Lone Star College System consists of six colleges at the following locations -- CyFair, Kingwood, Montgomery, North Harris, Tomball, and University Park – four outreach centers, and two University Centers. RequirementsThe successful candidates will possess a Master’s degree and at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level.  An earned doctorate or similar terminal degree and instructional administrative experience are preferred.
