Dean, Continuing Education and Workforce Training:
Develop and execute a departmental strategic plan; set and achieve annual fiscal goals; Assess needs and create customized programs for business and industry; serve as liaison to local, regional and state economic development organizations; Develop occupational certificates and workplace skills courses, and open enrollment courses for children, adults and seniors. Manage multiple budgets, including grants; develop cost-effective marketing plan for diverse audiences: Serve on college's executive leadership team; work collaboratively with faculty and administrators.
Requirements: MBA or other appropriate Master’s degree; At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience including three (3) years at a management/ leadership level; A successful track record of developing training programs; Strong marketing and sales skills; Excellent communication skills; an entrepreneurial attitude and demonstrated ability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with the business community; success in setting and achieving annual fiscal goals
